What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like face masks or intimate apparel. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The portal will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. After processing, it can take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
The item I received is faulty or incorrect.
We sincerely apologize for any error. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a photo of the faulty/incorrect item, and a description of the issue. We will gladly resolve this for you promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
I received a partial refund. Why?
For returns that do not meet our policy (e.g., missing tags, signs of wear, items not in original condition), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Return shipping costs are also deducted for non-faulty returns, in accordance with our policy.

How can I track my order?

I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update the details if the order has not been processed. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are only able to cancel or modify an order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being prepared for shipment.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
