Delivery Costs

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £3.95 applies.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): FREE on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
  • Express Delivery (2-3 Working Days): £5.95.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends. Any orders placed after our cut-off time on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within the UK only.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the service you selected at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during sale periods or other peak times.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

First, please check the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbours or any safe places it could have been left. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will investigate further with the courier.

What happens if I’m not in when my order is delivered?

For most standard deliveries, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbour. If a safe place is not available, they might leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

We can only deliver to the address provided at the time of order. For security reasons, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

My order has arrived faulty or incorrect, what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear this. Please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue, and we will happily assist you.
